Describe your issue in as much detail as possible and include any error messages you received in-game.

If you have access to your personal support code please include that as well.

Find your support code in “Options > Support” in the game’s main menu.

Please allow for a 1-2 working days response time.

Game backend seems to be unresponsive

This error may happen when something is wrong with the game backend service.

Authentication Error

Some players may experience this error when starting up the game. Here are some things you can try to resolve the issue:

  • Resync your headset with the Meta Quest app on a smartphone (if you are using a Quest 2/Pro).
  • Check the system time on your device and/or network router, and make sure it is not set to a date in the past or the future.
  • Connect to a wifi hotspot, created by a smartphone or PC.

Error validating access token (error code 11)

Some players may experience this error on Quest 2 or Quest Pro.

  • Log out of your Meta account in the headset and log back in.
